Ready to feel totally comfortable
speaking English in the UK?
All Day English is a 10-week online foundational English course for adults who want to communicate comfortably and settle into the UK with ease.
Next course starting 2024 (Date TBC)
So, you want to settle into life in the UK, but English is getting in your way.
Since moving here, life has been anything but easy. These days even going to the supermarket feels like a challenge. You don’t quite understand how everything works here, and you’re too afraid of making mistakes to ask.
You want to complete everyday tasks without feeling like a burden. But it’s…
- Hard to find the perfect words and grammar
- Difficult to understand the many accents
- Really quite frightening!
Because although you’ve studied some English before, nothing quite prepared you for how we use it in day-to-day life.
So instead of just going for it, you try avoiding situations that require you to speak. But that only makes it harder to improve, right?
The truth is, you’ll only feel comfortable using English… if you start using English.
As much as I wish there was an easy route to conversational fluency, the only way to feel completely comfortable in an English-speaking environment is to practise.
General beginner courses and textbooks can teach you the basics, but the thing that will help the most right now is learning practical language for your everyday life.
Not confusing grammar points or irrelevant topics, but words and phrases you can use to visit the doctor, chat with the cashier, go to the bank and start making friends in the UK.
You shouldn’t have to wait to start living a life you love.
And you shouldn’t have to rely on Google for all the information you need.
INTRODUCING…
All Day English
A live 10-week group course for English learners who want to master the essential language needed to feel comfortable in everyday situations in the UK
At first, I thought it would be really hard to study remotely. I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet people from other countries and listen to people from other countries speak English.
For an hour a week I felt like I was somewhere else and I had to think only in English (and for me it was very difficult). Sam is a very intelligent and creative teacher. We can talk about many different subjects and time always flies during this moment.
I have to say many thanks to Sam for showing me how it’s possible for me to be more self-confident in another language.

When I came to the UK, I took the speaking course. I think the knowledge I learnt was really necessary in my life. Going to the doctors, the letting agency, etc. These things come up in my life in different areas of my life. It is all very different to what we have in Ukraine.
Before I took the speaking course, I was frightened. I am shy. I don’t like to be a burden. I just try to Google some information and learn it myself. I was struggling with different situations. It was good that it’s in a course.
I felt more confident after taking the course. I now have the information, which is very important. You have the tools and you can apply them to the situations you’re in.
You’ll also get a few side dishes to speed up your progress.

Hey, I’m Sam—and as a language lover who’s lived abroad, I know what it’s like to feel out of place, isolated or uneasy in new surroundings.
But having spent most of my career helping people find their feet in the UK, I also know that you absolutely can build the life you want here—even if you can’t speak much English right now.
I created All Day English to provide a friendly, welcoming space where you can grow and develop your English together with other learners.
Combining language skills and practical knowledge, it’ll enable you to regain your independence, adjust to your new life and feel like you truly belong—because you do!
If you’re looking for a place to improve your English without feeling judged, I can’t wait to welcome you onto the course.

Not a problem! All sessions are recorded, and you’ll receive a replay link within 48 hours of the call, so you can catch up on your own time.
If you know some basic English, perhaps from school, but you don’t feel confident completing everyday tasks in the UK, you’re likely at the right level for this course.
In technical teacher terms, that’s pre-intermediate level. But if you’re not sure what that is, and want to check before you sign up, send me a message and ask—I’m just an email away!
An easier question to answer would be how won’t it help you—because it’s going to make everyday communication so much easier and lay the foundation for your continued progress in English.
Whether you’re renting a flat, completing household chores, visiting the doctor or searching for a job, All Day English will help you feel a lot more confident.
If confidence is what’s stopping you, then there’s no better way to overcome your nerves than by joining a group.
My clients are super friendly and supportive (I only work with amazing people)—they make the course what it is!
But, if you don’t want to learn in a group for another reason, you may want to look at my private courses.
Yes! Past students have taken the course before they moved to the UK, and they found it super helpful for settling in.
Are you ready to jump into speaking?
I’m right here waiting to catch you!
